Triptease design system

Introduction

Welcome to Cesta/Turas, the design system at Triptease. Cesta/Turas means "journey" in Czech and Slovak/Scottish and Irish Gaelic, reflecting that this is an ongoing journey that we are proud to walk together.

Using the design system

The design system is composed of three separate parts, in increasing order of complexity and specificity:

• The Design Tokens are the core blocks of the design system. They are used to define the visual properties of components, such as color, typography, spacing, and more.
• Patterns are how we define the template and structure of our interfaces. These give an idea of how interfaces should be built, and the expected behaviours.
• Components are a small set of reusable Web Components that are implementations of specific patterns. They are used to encapsulate elements that are commonly used, but difficult to build in a consistent and accessible way.
